About CXApp

CXApp builds an AI-powered app that companies use to run the modern office. Think of it as one place where employees book desks, find their way around a building, message coworkers, and let an AI assistant handle routine workplace tasks. Big Fortune 1000 companies in tech, finance, and healthcare use it to make returning to the office smoother.

The case for and against

Both sides of the story, in plain English.

Bull case
  • Sticky Subscriptions

Almost all of CXApp's money comes from recurring subscriptions, about 98 percent in the most recent quarter. The software is also very profitable to deliver, with gross margins around 83 percent. When a customer signs up, they tend to stay and spend more, with some large clients renewing at over 130 percent of what they paid before.

  • Big Names Signing On

In the latest quarter CXApp won about 5 million dollars in new multi-year contracts from three large enterprises after beating out other vendors. It was also named a Visionary in Gartner's first ever ranking of workplace experience software. For a company this small, landing Fortune 1000 customers is a real signal that the product works.

Bear case
  • Revenue Is Shrinking

Despite the enterprise wins, total revenue actually fell about 36 percent over the past year and was only around 950 thousand dollars last quarter. The new contracts get recognized slowly over time, so the company has to keep winning deals just to get back to where it was. Growth is far from guaranteed.

  • Tiny And Unprofitable

CXApp is a micro-cap worth only about 15 million dollars, it loses money, and it is still burning through cash with roughly 12 million dollars left in the bank. A stock this small can swing violently on a single headline, and if growth does not return the company may need to raise money and dilute shareholders. This is a speculative bet, not a safe holding.
