About Diginex

Diginex sells software that helps companies report on their environmental and social impact, a bit like tax software but for sustainability paperwork. It also sells advice and ESG data, and bought three small companies in the past year to grow. It is a tiny London based business, with just 3.6 million dollars in yearly sales.

The case for and against

Both sides of the story, in plain English.

Bull case
  • Fast Revenue Growth

Sales grew 77 percent to 3.6 million dollars in the year ended March 2026, up from 2.0 million. Most of that jump came from buying three small software and data firms, so it is bought growth, not organic growth. Gross profit was 2.7 million dollars, about 76 percent of sales, which is healthy for software.

  • Transformative Deal

Shareholders approved the Resulticks acquisition on October 8 with 98.8 percent of votes cast in favor. The deal values Resulticks at 1.05 billion dollars, paid entirely in new shares, and would turn a tiny company into a much bigger software business. It has not closed yet, and the target date is October 30.

Bear case
  • Cash Burning Fast

Diginex lost 31.2 million dollars on 3.6 million dollars of sales and used 14.1 million dollars of cash running the business. It ended March with only 4.9 million dollars in cash, and its auditor flagged doubt about whether the company can keep going without raising more money.

  • Massive Dilution

The Resulticks deal creates 600 million new shares, while only about 50 million exist today. Current shareholders would be left with a small slice of the combined company. Resulticks also carries roughly 53 million dollars of loans, and the stock has already fallen about 99 percent since November 2025.
